Responsibilities

The CT Tech must have a through knowledge of all routine CT scan procedures including special procedures such as biopsies, drainage, cyst-aspiration and post-myelogram procedures.  Must possess competency in the use of teleradiology, and PACS.  Will work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Medical Imaging and shall perform to the satisfaction of the Radiologist.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
  • Associate of Science Degree preferred
  • One (1) to three (3) years experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must hold a valid California State Certificate (CRT) in Radiologic Technology
  • Current CPR card
  • Prefer CT Licensure with the California Department of Public Health or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
