The Nuclear Medicine Technologist must have solid a working knowledge of all routine and special Nuclear Medicine procedures that involve diagnostic as well as therapeutic procedure.  Must be competent in the handling, management, documentation, preparation and administration of radioisotopes and holds a full understanding of radiation safety protocols involved in the use of such products.  The technologist must be familiar with State and Federal regulations concerning the management of radioactive isotopes and must ensure compliance with the standards established by these agencies.  He/she will be work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Medical Imaging and perform to the satisfaction of the Radiologist.


  • High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
  • Associate of Science Degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • One (1) Year of General Nuclear Medicine experience required.
  • Radiology Certification preferred by the State of CA and/or ARRT
  • Current CPR card.
  • CTNM License required.
  • CNMT License, preferred.
