The Physical therapist will conduct evaluations, set up of treatment plan and supervision of patient treatment as well as utilize support personnel appropriately including PTA and rehab aides. The therapist will be responsible for re-evaluations and discharge planning as well as all documentation related to patient care. The physical therapist will follow state and federal guidelines concerning practice. Candidates for this position should be self-motivated, willing to learn, reliable and dependable.


Experience/Required Qualifications:

  • Current CA State PT
  • CPR License 
  • Possess good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work impartially and tactfully with others in establishing and maintaining good interpersonal relationships. 
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. 
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
