Under the direction of the Clinical Director, Nursing Supervisor, or Staff Registered Nurse performing various duties in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with the established policies and procedures of Tulare HCCA.

Successful candidate must have:

  • Must have current state certification as a Nursing Assistance.
  • Must have additional education (16 hours) as a Restorative Aide.
  • Requirements 1 and 2 are waived if the candidate has completed at least one semester of a Registered Nurse program. 
  • Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred
  • Must have completed Certified Nursing Assistant training unless grandfathered in by TRMC. MUST show proof of passing the CNA exam.  CURRENT certification is preferred but not required for hire.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to read, write and understand medical terminology.
  • Good physical and mental health, able to work under pressure and relate to patients, hospital staff and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Ability to communicate in the English language.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Available to travel 
  • Valid California driver's license required.
  • Reliable vehicle.
  • Minimum liability AUTO insurance $100,000.00 per person.  $300,000.00 per occurrence and $50,000.00 property damage.
