Responsibilities

Position:

 

The Home Care Nurse is a registered nurse who administers skilled nursing care to patients at home under the direction of the nursing case manager, and in accordance with the physician’s orders/plan of care...

Qualifications

Successful candidate must have:

  • Minimum one (1) year experience as professional nurse required.in an acute care setting.
  • Current CPR card.
  • Current and valid California State RN licenses.
  • Valid California driver’s license required.
  • Reliable vehicle.
  • Minimum liability AUTO insurance, $100,000.00 per person and $300,000.00 per occurrence and $50,000.00 property damage.
